So, I have found my spiritual home, both on the web and in real life. now i know who, and what, i really am. i'm joining the group, i'm subscribing to the newsletter, i'm singing and dancing in the rain. i have known for some time i am a Great Old Broad, i just didn't know how much company there was out there.

Cool! And that's a great logo, a female kokopelli. Did you know he was a fertility god? We have him all over our house, though, and he never helped me any :)
I've always thought you were a great old broad! I was just afraid to say it...

Great site, this is so you! I gotta agree with Cherie over there, I dig the logo.
hey! she's not a Kokopelli, she's a hag, a crone, a Great Old Broad!
well, of course, she bears resemblance to Kokopelli: a traveler, replenisher, bearer of magic. but as a crone, an Old Broad, waaaaay past any fertility symbolism, the power of the Crone in old age is that she doesn't have to care about all that, she can concentrate on the larger world, bring her considerable ability to bear upon the larger world. unlike Kokopelli, the trickster, she confronts the world with honesty, openness, her true face.
So where is the spiritual home for the Great Old Geezers?
duane, i guess you didn't notice, but this group is all-inclusive. it says it's open to GOBs of "all ages and both genders." so, are you a male GOB? up to you.
